Richmond Community Services, The Devereux Foundation, and FedEx grew their H-1B filings fastest from FY2024 to FY2025, by 423%, 217%, 211%. The biggest in absolute terms is FedEx, up from 456 labor condition applications to 1,418 in U.S. Department of Labor data. Sponsors with under 100 filings, and IT-staffing firms, are excluded.
