Which employers give H-1B applicants the best lottery odds?

Publix Super Markets, Manhattan Associates, Two Sigma, Broadcom, and Netflix give H-1B applicants the best lottery odds, at about 4.0 selection entries per registration against 2.34 across all H-1B filings. That is because the wage-weighted lottery (first used for FY2027 in March 2026) gives a Level IV wage 4 entries and a Level I wage 1, and these sponsors filed at the highest levels in FY2023-2025 DOL data.
